Honestly I don't have a problem with Lowe's home improvement itself I was just there recently and was asking for help and people were just giving me directions without actually taking me to but I was looking for and clearly they don't have very much help because I needed to looking for a bolt or screw and couldn't find it and nobody was actually helping me look for it if you have to use them use them but I think home Depot might be a little bit better
